Terms of Service — FLEETIQ Track

1. Acceptance

By using FLEETIQ Track ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Subscription & billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Free trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer the Service, resell access without authorization, or use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.

4. Service availability

We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Predictive maintenance recommendations are advisory; final maintenance decisions remain your responsibility.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FLEETIQ's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach. You may cancel your subscription at any time from account settings.
